Lopesan Hotel Group has become Spain’s first hotel company in obtaining three quality seals for all the hotels of its two chains, Lopesan Hotels & Resorts and IFA Hotels & Resorts, situated in Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura. The group’s integral management system has been certified by Lloyd’s Register Assurance for Management (ISO 9.001), Prevention of Labour Risks (OHSAS 18.001) and Environmental Management (ISO 14.001).

Obtaining this triple certification guarantees service quality and rewards the company for its commitment in reaching the best possible customer satisfaction. At the same time it acknowledges the company’s commitment for the environment and for the employees’ health and wellbeing.

GLOBAL SUSTAINABILITY

Lopesan Hotel Group is one of the ten most important hotel companies in Spain regarding turnover and accommodation offer. It owns 25 hotels situated in different countries of Europe and the Caribbean, managed by the group’s two hotel chains, Lopesan Hotels & Resorts and IFA Hotels & Resorts.

The island of Gran Canaria is the destination which concentrates the major part of the accommodation offer with nine hotels: the Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort, Spa & Casino and the Lopesan Villa del Conde Resort & Thalasso, both situated at the Meloneras coast; the IFA Faro in Maspalomas; the IFA Dunamar, the IFA Catarina, the IFA Buenaventura and the IFA Continental in Playa del Inglés, as well as the IFA Interclub Atlantic and the IFA Beach in San Agustín. In Fuerteventura the group owns one hotel, the IFA Altamarena in Jandía. The other hotels are situated in Germany (5), Italy (4), Austria (3) and the Dominican Republic (3).
